Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Most orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, except for Rosin Presses due to the size.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed and should arrive 2-3 days from when they are shipped.

How do I place an Order?

Add the items you would like to purchase to your card and then proceed to checkout. If you need help with the checkout process please contact us at sales@pacificglass.co and we will guide you through the process.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please email us before your order has shipped. All sales are final.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes you will need to sign up for an account to place an order. An account allows you to view your order progress and track your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

Please enter your order ID# as well as your email used to place your order on our Order Tracking Page.
